Furman Condo Project

Several years ago a condominium  at the Courtridge Condominium complex near Furman University was donated to KBCT. The property was a shell and could not be rented in it's current condition and plans were made to renovate the property so the rental income could be used to support the mnistry.

The goal is to have the Condo renovated with donated labor and materials so there continues to be no mortgage. Last year KBCT was blessed to obtain the mission house/office in the Bel-Aire outreach community, the cost of which added about 600/per month to the operating budget.  This additional monthly cost mandated that the condo be renovated and rented out because that was the only way the we could afford to Bel-Aire mission house.

Shannon Forest Presbyterian Church has volunteered to take on this project, which will begin soon, in hopes of being completed by the end of the year.

Needed materials to be donated, and labor task to which volunteers are needed, will be posted on this site later this week. Cash contributions to cover undonated items will most likely also be needed and that information will also be posted.
